Clay Owsley is a former resident of Dexter. His parents are Joe and Elaine Owsley. He graduated from Dexter High School, served three years with the U.S. Navy. and received a bachelor and masters' degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State College.
Calon joins his sister, Raina Sierra, and his brother, Tavin Orion.
