"Brave Men of Dexter" 2013 Calendar Available for Black Friday Shoppers

The 2013 calendar features men from Dexter and surrounding communities, with proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society.

 

The "Brave Men of Dexter" calendar is back and better than ever for 2013.

Fresh off the printing press, the calendar is available in local retail outlets just in time for Black Friday.

According to June Mann, the calendar's co-creator, this year's calendar features men from Dexter as well as from surrounding municipalities.

"We expanded outside of Dexter because our calendar has become so well known and popular," she said.

Calendars feature men in their place of business sporting creatively designed female bras to support breast cancer awareness.

Past participants include Dexter Village President Shawn Keough, Brian "Bubba" Cowan of W4 Country, and Steve DeBruyne of the Encore Musical Theatre.

Calendars are available at the Dexter Pharmacy, Dexter Bakery, Country Market, LaFontaine Chevrolet, and Busch's Fresh Food Market. Calendars are $20. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.

I used to live in Dexter in the 70's. I live in Indiana, now, but would like to be able to buy one of the calendars. Is there a way to??
