Do you recognize this cat?

A concerned Dexter family called the Humane Society of Huron Valley because this black and white cat, who was hanging around their home, seemed to be sick. They live near Hudson St. in Dexter.

Our Rescue and Cruelty Investigation Team brought this female cat to HSHV for care. She was flea invested, missing some fur, and limping but she is being cared for and should make a full recovery. She had no identification or microchip ID. Do you recognize her? She is very friendly and is content and happy to have a warm bed and a full belly but she is missing her family.

HSHV has a Lost & Found service for all of Washtenaw County. Please call our animal intake team at (734) 661-3545 to report a lost or found pet. HSHV does not pick up stray animals but does have a 24-hour rescue service for injured and sick animals. For more information visit www.hshv.org.
