Encore Musical Theatre Holding Open Auditions for 2013 Season

Auditions will take place through Oct. 17 at the theater in Dexter.

The Encore Musical Theatre is seeking actors to audition for the upcoming 2013 season.

Auditions will take place Oct. 15, 16, and 17 from 6 to 10 p.m.

Bring a headshot and resume stapled together, as well as a list of any conflicts. Actors should prepare two contrasting musical theater songs (32 bars each).

Five-minute time slots will be scheduled. Actors will also be required to attend a dance call at either 6 or 8 p.m., depending on audition time.

Callbacks for the 2013 season will occur in November and December, and if you are called back, you will be notified by email or telephone.

Lend Me a Tenor

Rehearsal: March 5, 2013

Opening: March 28, 2013, Closing: April 14, 2013

Grease

Rehearsal: April 16

Opening: May 16, 2013, Closing: June 9, 2013

South Pacific

First rehearsal: June 11, 2013

Opening: July 11, 2013, Closing: Aug. 11, 2013

Company

First Rehearsal: Aug. 27

Opening: September 26, 2013, Closing: Oct. 20, 2013

White Christmas

First rehearsal: Oct. 15, 2013

Opening: Nov. 21, 2013 Closing: Dec. 22, 2013
