Gas Leak Closes Dexter-Pinckney Road Near Island Lake Road
A gas leak was reported in Dexter Township on Wednesday afternoon by the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office.
A gas leak near Dexter-Pinckney and Island Lake roads in Dexter Township is causing a traffic delay.
The Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office sent out a Nixle alert on Wednesday afternoon around 2:30 p.m. informing residents to avoid the area due to a current road closure.
The road will remain closed until 5:30 p.m. Traffic is being routed through the Westridge subdivision in the Village of Dexter. No further information is available.
