  INTRODUCTION TO STRINGS 

INDIVIDUAL and group LESSONS on violin and   

                             acoustic guitar

OTHER ACTIVITIES: LEARNING MUSIC BASICS, writing music on the computer, SINGING, RHYTHM, MUSICAL GAMES

SHORT CONCERT OR PRESENTATION OF A NEW INSTRUMENT EVERY DAY.

►Please complete the registration form and return no later than July 5th. 

►UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR REGISTRATION FORM AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT, YOU WILL BE SENT A CONFIRMATION PACKAGE. The confirmation package will include a Medical Form, Emergency Contact Form, Checklist of items to bring to camp, directions to camp, and Camp Rules.

►REGISTRATION FORM AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY July 5th, 2014. Final registration will take place on Wednesday, July 9th, 2014, at 9:30 in the morning.

INSTRUMENTS - Participants must bring their own instruments. Instruments may be rented at various venues in the Detroit/Ann Arbor area including Shar Music.

COST - $290 for the full five days session.Cost covers the tuition for the camp, which includes a registration fee/deposit of $70. Checks should be made payable to the Ukrainian Music Institute of America, Inc., Detroit Branch. The registration fee/deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied to the tuition for the camp. The balance is due upon arrival on Wednesday, July 9th at 9:30 in the morning. 

DISCOUNTS: There is a $20 discount per student for siblings and a $20 discount for registering before July 5th.

Guest Student Option: Parents who would like their children to experience the camp but do not want to commit to the full five-day camp may sign their children up as guests on a per day basis. The charge per day will be $50. There is a $10 discount per student for siblings. The registration fee/deposit for students coming for only part of the camp is $30 per participant.

LESSONS FOR ADVANCED STUDENTS AND CHAMBER MUSIC AVAILABLE BY REQUEST IN THE AFTERNOON - details to be determined on an individual basis.
