DHS Men's Swim & Dive at 2014 Annual MISCA Meet

The Dexter Men’s Swim & Dive Team traveled to Eastern Michigan University for the annual Michigan Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association Swim & Dive Meet on Friday, February 7 and Saturday, February 8, 2014. Over 70 teams from Divisions 1, 2 and 3 sent over 400 athletes to compete in this mid-season event.  Qualifying to compete for Dexter in this year’s MISCA meet are senior co-captains Jake Kilian and Andrew Watson; juniors Paddy Harvey and Andrew Pek; sophomores Matt Bergdolt, David Merz, Jimmy Morgan, Chris Seidleck, Ryan Stanton and Robbie Zofchak; and freshman Alex Janosi. The Dreadnaughts took advantage of the invitational to add several state qualifiers including two for Watson (50 yard freestyle, 100 yard freestyle) and one each for Harvey (100 yard breaststroke) and Bergdolt (200 yard freestyle).

Dexter will next host the Bulldogs from Chelsea at the annual Senior Night celebration on Thursday, February 13th, followed by SEC conference championships on February 21 & 22.
