Dexter Rotary Establishes Guidelines for 2013 Memorial Day Parade

The Dexter Rotary Club is hard at work getting the final rules and applications in place for the 2013 Memorial Day parade.

Applications will be accepted from: veterans groups, Dexter Community Schools organizations and clubs, community service groups, churches and religious groups, government groups and elected officials, re-enactor and honor guard groups, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, children’s sports groups, children’s groups, such as but not limited to, twirlers, dance teams, business participants and sponsors, educational organizations and schools.

All interested groups should apply for review by the  parade organizing committee. We are interested in hearing from the community about special events or new ideas for inclusion in the ceremony and parade.
