The National Weather Service predicts mostly sunny skies today with a high near 37 degrees. Wednesday night will be partly cloudy, with a low around 25 degrees.

2. Tree planting

A donation of 46 trees from the Michigan International Speedway and NASCAR Green Flag Tree Planting Project were planted this week in Huron Farms, on Central Street, Huron Street, and Cushing Court and in Mill Creek Park in the village of Dexter.

3. Healthy Holiday Baking Demonstration

Join Ann Arbor Cooks for a healthy holiday baking demonstration at the Chelsea District Library today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The menu includes maple apple pecan bread pudding; fresh cranberry and dark chocolate bark with almonds (gluten-free, full of antioxidants); chewy ginger molasses cookies.
