The National Weather Service is predicting some rain before 1 p.m. today, then a chance of snow. Thursday night there is a 30-percent chance of snow showers, mainly before 8 p.m., with a low around 26 degrees.

2. Computer Basics tutorial
Working hands-on at a computer, students will be introduced to two popular programs: Internet browser software for searching the Internet and using Internet email, and word processing software. The event takes place at the on Thursday at 9:30 a.m.

3. Coney Dog and Root Beer Float Night
