1. The weather

The National Weather Service predicts it's going to be mostly sunny today with a high near 85 degrees. Tonight, there is a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. It will be mostly cloudy, with a low around 69 degrees.

2. Climb Mount Everest

Pem Dorjee Sherpa, two-time Everest summit climber, will speak at the at 6:30 p.m. today. This program is open to the public, but children must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Ultimate Frisbee

 will host a free ultimate Frisbee game today from 10 a.m.-noon. For more information, call 734-426-8480.

4. Gas prices

On the road today? Michigangasprices.com is reporting the cheapest gas at $3.68 a gallon as of Tuesday afternoon at the BP station, 200 Baker Rd. in Dexter. Gas costs $3.69 a gallon at the Pilot gas station at 195 Baker Rd.
