  • Rockin' Reptiles

Where/when: Dan "The Creature Man" will bring his reptile exhibit back to the on Friday at 11 a.m.

  • Andre Williams And The Goldstars

Where/when: The Ark, 316 S. Main St. in Ann Arbor; Friday, 8 p.m.

Why go?: Zingerman's Camp Bacon presents a Detroit rhythm-and-blues legend, live and up close at The Ark. Andre Williams had a modest but durable hit in the 1950s with a greasy, raunchy dance tune called "Bacon Fat," and he's kept at it ever since. In recent years he's had a remarkable career revival as younger listeners have discovered a treasure in their midst, and Andre has responded with new music.

  • Top of the Park

Where/when: Ingalls Mall, 915 E. Washington St. in Ann Arbor; Saturday, 5 p.m.-midnight.

Why go?: Come watch aerial acrobats at 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.; jazz music at 6 p.m.; blues music at 7 p.m.; and other fun musical entertainment.

  • Performance Network Presents Next Fall

Where/when: Performance Network Theatre, 120 E. Huron St. in Ann Arbor; Saturday at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.

Why go?: Geoffrey Nauffts’ play is about two gay men - an atheist and a devoutly religious man - who’ve work through their differences over the course of five years when an accident forces one man to look to the other’s family for support and answers.

  • Summer Classic Movie Series Presents Goldfinger

Where/when: Michigan Theater, 603 E. Liberty St. in Ann Arbor; Sunday at 1:30 p.m.

Why go?: Come see this classic James Bond feature on the big screen.

Pricing: $9 for general admission; $7 for students, seniors and veterans.
