Hudson Mills Metropark Offers Maple Syrup Demonstrations

An all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast will take place at the metropark activity center on Feb. 23-34.

Are you one of those people who just can’t say no to syrup’s natural sweetness? If so, Hudson Mills Metropark has you covered.

On Feb. 23 and 24, visitors to Hudson Mills can enjoy a guided tour of the sugar bush. Guests will travel back in time and experience how maple syrup has been made over the years. Visitors may also get a chance to tap a tree for sap.

Hudson Mills will provide an all you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfast for $5.50 per adult and $3.50 per child. The guided tour is $3 per person. Breakfast is served from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Preregistration is required.
