An icy iteration of the wintry precipitation rapped at windows Friday in Dexter and Chelsea and the National Weather Service predicts more of the white stuff could fall Monday and Tuesday.
The forecasting agency issued a hazardous weather outlook Friday for portions of southeast Michigan, including Washtenaw County, that called for winds gusting up to 45 miles per hour through Friday evening.

"A low pressure system tracking through the Ohio Valley could bring accumulating snow to the region Monday night and Tuesday," according to the advisory.
The NWS forecast calls for partly sunny skies, a high of 39 degrees and winds gusting to 20 miles per hour on Sunday.

Snow showers are expected during the evening Monday, when the forecasting agency predicts a partly sunny skies during the day with a high of 40 degrees. The white stuff could continue to fall Tuesday, which will be mostly cloudy with a high of 38 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
