Dexter dinner and silent auction support Habitat

Dexter United Methodist Church will host a silent auction and Swiss steak dinner to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Huron Valley this Saturday.  

Dinner will be served 4:30-7 p.m. Tickets for the dinner are available at the door: $9 for adults, $8 for seniors, $5 for children 5-12, and free for children 4 and under.

A tour of Detroit Eastern Market with chef Larry Janes and an unlimited membership at CrossFit in Ann Arbor will be among the items to bid on at the silent auction, 3-7 p.m.

Other items to be auctioned include an heirloom lamp, Swedish braided bread, a tour of the Howell Nature Center, a pontoon boat ride up the Chain of Lakes, gift certificates, vacation rentals, handcrafted wood items and homemade pies.
