Blessing of the Animals

Join us for our annual Blessing of the Animals in honor of St. Francis, whose feast day is October 4th.  Remembered for his love of nature and its creatures, St. Francis was also an avid advocate for the poor and less fortunate.  Come, bring your "well-behaved" cat, dog, rabbit, or other pet to our service on Sunday.  We'll have a special Blessing of the Animals as part of the service, including a gift of a St. Francis charm for your pet's collar.
