Community Corner

Thanksgiving Eve Service

This year the Dexter Ministerial Association is hosting the community Thanksgiving Eve Service here at St. James, on Wednesday, November 23rd at 7:00 p.m.   Our offering this year is two-fold:  1) We ask for your donations of frozen meat to help stock the Faith in Action freezers for hungry families.  Please bring the meat frozen on the night of the service, or 2) We ask for your “cold hard cash (or check),” made out to the Dexter Ministerial Association, which will be passed on to Faith in Action.  Come join us for a service of reflection and thanksgiving before the hecticness of Thanksgiving Day begins.  A reception will follow.
