Veterans Celebration

Come to the Veterans Park in Chelsea, at N. Main and Sibley, for a Veterans Day celebration. A dedication and ceremony are planned. Col. James Coolican, Mayor Lindauer, and area veterans will be present for the dedication of a memorial bench and tribute to the fallen.

At 12:30 p.m. veterans, family and friends will head to the Comfort Inn to share stories and view a screening of Chelsea Public Library's WWII documentary. Refreshments will be served. Transportation from the park to Comfort Inn will also be provided, courtesy of WAVE.
