Michigan Academy of Dance & Music Kicks Off Performance Season

Michigan Academy of Dance & Music wrapped its past performance season at the St. Joseph Festival in Dexter, Sounds & Sights on Thursday Nights in Chelsea, Dexter Daze, and Chelsea Retirement Community (photos on page 2).  Michigan Academy of Dance & Music (MiADM) is excited to begin its next performance season at the Dexter Cider Mill on Sunday, October 6 from 1:30pm to 2:30pm.  Dexter Cider Mill, 3685 Central Street in Dexter, strives to showcase local talent every weekend throughout the season.  Beginning and advanced dancers of MiADM will perform several dance genres, ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, and Bollywood.  The dancers will hope to get a friend to perform with them at the Dexter Cider Mill during MiADM's annual Bring-A-Friend week, September 23 through 27.  MiADM will continue its performance season with holiday performances at surrounding elementary schools and retirement homes.
