Monopoly on Internet & Cable Services
I'd like to know if the Village can start soliciting other companies offering internet, tv and phone services. Currently Comcast is the only service available (maybe DSL, I don't know) and their service is horrible. I am currently on hold waiting for someone in the "I Care Department", either an escalation specialist or manager and have been for over 30 minutes. This is trying to resolve an issue that has now been ongoing for 8 days. We need more options and since we, individuals, cannot bring more options into the mix, the Village needs to.
