According to officials, deputies responded to the 8000 block of Main Street in Dexter for a home invasion that was reported to be in progress Wednesday afternoon. Deputies determined the suspects entered the home of a individual who had recently died in order to remove prescription medication.

The suspects—a 26-year-old woman from Brighton and a 27-year-old Hamburg Township man—were arrested and taken to the Washtenaw County Jail. All stolen property was recovered.
