Police Investigate Home Burglary in Webster Township

The following information was supplied by the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office. Arrests do not indicate a conviction.

On Feb. 8, deputies with the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the 7400 block of Walsh Road in Webster Township for the report of a home invasion that had occurred sometime during the day. An unknown suspect or suspects forced entry into the home through a screened porch. Officers are still investigating the stolen items.

Larceny

On Feb. 9 deputies were dispatched to the 8000 block of Main St. in the village of Dexter in response to a larceny that had occurred overnight. According to police reports, the victim left a 20-foot ladder behind one of the businesses while he was doing maintenance in the area. Police do not know who took the ladder.
