Police Report: Police Seek Missing Boat in Webster Township

Larceny

  • Washtenaw County Sheriff's deputies assigned to Scio Township were called to the 800 block of Dornoch Drive on Monday in response to a vehicle theft complaint. Deputies are investigating the theft of a Garmin NUVI GPS device allegedly removed from a parked car. No further information is available.
  • Deputies are investigating the theft of an engine that occurred in the 7000 block of Jackson Road in Scio Township on Monday. The case remains open and is under investigation.

Theft

Deputies with the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Department are investigating a complaint of a stolen boat and trailer that occurred Friday near Webster Church and Valentine roads in Webster Township. The boat is described as a 1989 Challenger open bow, inboard boat with orange color and a silver horizontal stripe along its sides. The trailer is a black Fulton trailer with no license plate.
