"was target practicing in a safe manner inside his garage"... really? This is a thing? I wonder how many other people discharge rounds in their garage. I wonder if there is a builder's code for making it safe. Also, I guess it'd have to be a pretty big garage to be 'practicing' hitting anything.

I find this amazing as well. The sheriffs decided that the guy has enough sense to know which way to discharge his weapon? Maybe he fitted it out like Mill Creek has?

Ever think maybe he was firing blanks? There are a lot of possibilities here. Cops checked it out, deemed it safe (and legal). Let it go.

A) It could be an air gun B) He or she could have a cement or cinder block wall behind his target C) The target are could have sufficient clearance behind it D) The ammo could be blank E) The cops aren't stupid
