Washtenaw County Sheriff: Bicyclist Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash in Webster Township

The Livingston County man is expected to recover from his injuries.

Washtenaw County sheriff deputies are searching for a car that hit and injured a bicyclist Sunday morning in Webster Township, according to a sheriff's report.

According to the report, a black 2007-2011 Ford Focus was going north on Mast Road toward Strawberry Lake Road when it hit a Livingston County man on a bike. The driver then fled the scene, according to the report.

The suspect car is missing the entire passenger side mirror of the vehicle and should have other front passenger side body damage, the report said.

The victim was treated at a local hospital and is expected to recover from his injuries.
