Washtenaw County Sheriff Deputes Investigate Thefts in Scio, Webster

Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office deputies in Scio Township are investigating the theft of several draining gates stolen from Mid-Tech, at 175 Dino Dr., according to a report released Monday.

The theft was discovered the morning of March 10. Investigators say the theft occurred during the night. According to the report, an employee discovered the grates missing when opening the business.

Deputies are investigating a burglary to a pole barn that occurred in the 2900 block of Barker Road in Webster Township, according to a report released Monday. Investigators determined the crime occured some time March 9, according to the report. The owner told deputies that someone forced open and damaged the pole barn door and stole several items, including tools, according to the report. No arrests have been made.
