Washtenaw County Sheriff Investigating Vandalism at Huron Farms Subdivision in Dexter

Garages and cars in the subdivision were spray painted by vandals on Saturday.

The Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help to solve a series of vandalism crimes that have occurred in the village of Dexter since May.

According to Sgt. Keith Flores, vandalism has been reported on the Mill Creek Park boardwalk, and at Busch's Fresh Food Market, the bridge by the Dexter Cider Mill, and a building near the intersection of Broad and Forest.

On Saturday, residents of the Huron Farms Subdivision reported that vandals spray painted a car and garage door with obscene words.

Flores said the department is aware of the vandalism and will continue to investigate. There are currently no suspects, he said.
