Community Update

Disappointed is what best describes my feelings toward this business. I was initially promised a group of 3-4 people for a deep cleaning of my home. 2 people showed up (a bit late) on the first day, but I figured they would stay until the job was done. I was told that everything including my baseboards would be cleaned, that they would move the furniture to vacuum and clean behind. The one employee did a very thorough job in the areas she cleaned. The other had much to be desired. In the rooms he cleaned, surfaces either weren't cleaned/dusted or he wiped around things (like a potted plant) without lifting it up to dust properly. They didn't even touch one of our bathrooms, the floors looked exactly the same as before they came and they didnt move any of the furniture except the couch which my husband moved for them. baseboards weren't touched either. I had to leave for work before they were done, so my husband was at the house when they decided they were done. When I got home that night I was disappointed to have paid them for this job. I called the manager to give feedback on the experience, both the good and disappointing. She was kind enough to offer to have herself and at least one other person to come and finish the job. We talked about 2 possible dates, so I called back, left a message and requested she call me to confirm. 4 days later I heard nothing and finally I called to confirm our appointment for the next day. On the day of the appointment, she sends the SAME 2 people and they showed up AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES late!!! The manager doesn't even show up, no one calls to tell us they are going to be late. I didn't get an apology from the workers or from the manager. How unprofessional. Clearly they do not place patient satisfaction as a priority. I also felt it unprofessional of the cleaners to bad-mouth and complain about their other clients to me during their first visit. I have never before written a bad review, but I would very strongly caution anyone thinking about using this company.
