“Keeping our world supplied with clean water, air and sustainable land needs to be a priority for each one of us,” said Dale Petty, WCC Industrial Technology faculty member. “Our natural resources exist in a delicate balance – and a respect for that balance is crucial to protect the environment that sustains us. This workshop will provide not just historical facts – but easy to implement suggestions on how we all can do our part to conserve, preserve and care for the Earth’s resources.”

Upcoming workshops will explain how to reduce the impact of electricity consumption, natural gas, gasoline, water and other resources.

The workshop is free and open to the public.

WHEN/WHERE: Thursday, Jan. 30 starting at noon in Room 151 in the Technical Industrial Building at Washtenaw Community College, 4800 E. Huron Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48105.
