I am a certified life and wellness coach working with clients to co-create the life that they want.  We are all authors of our own life story.  Now is the time to open our minds, develop the ability to trust in ourselves, and rely on our own inner guidance systems to show us which way we need to go.  When we become connected to our center, we create balance within ourselves.

I have lived in Saline for the past 13 years and enjoy the community and surrounding areas as they have so much to offer.  I enjoy walking, hiking, biking, reading, and travelling.
